Welcome to California Fastpitch!

California Fastpitch offers indoor/outdoor training instruction for softball/baseball.  We are focused on refining fundamental skills in a fun, yet positive and motivating environment.  We provide individual instruction as well as Team Training.  Check out the Services tab above and you can view some videos we've posted!  Kids and teams of all ages are welcome!  

   
We also offer instruction for coaches.  If you are a novice coach seeking to gain insight in the game of softball or baseball, we're here for you!  If you are an experienced coach looking for new and innovative ideas, we have them for you!  If you're interested in mixing up your practice and want to add a high energy, exhilarating Sports Performance work out -- just give us a call!
